Your account
You must provide accurate account information, protect your Google account and any agent API keys you create, and promptly revoke credentials that may be compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and keys.
Acceptable use
You may use TextVeil to edit text you are authorized to process. You may not use the service to:
- violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or another person's contractual obligations;
- commit fraud, impersonate others, distribute malware, bypass access controls, or facilitate abuse;
- misrepresent authorship where disclosure is required, including academic, employment, publishing, or regulatory settings;
- probe, overload, reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the service except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
- share, publish, or embed an agent API key in client-side code.
Subscriptions and usage
Paid features, usage allowances, and agent-key entitlements depend on the plan shown at purchase. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Active paid subscribers may purchase one-time extra-credit packs; purchased credits remain available until used. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal. Changes normally take effect according to the terms shown during checkout.
Your content
You retain your rights in text you submit. You grant TextVeil and its service providers the limited permission needed to process that text and return results. You are responsible for confirming that you have the right to submit it and for reviewing generated output before use.
Service behavior
Editing and detector results are probabilistic. TextVeil does not guarantee that output will be error-free, suitable for a particular purpose, accepted by a third party, or classified in a particular way. Do not rely on the service as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, academic, or other high-impact decisions.
Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate abuse, enforce these terms, or comply with law. You may stop using TextVeil at any time and may request account deletion.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, TextVeil is provided “as is” and without implied warranties. TextVeil is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated through the service or account email when reasonably required. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
